Do you deliver to me?

We deliver free of charge within a 200 mile radius of our factory in Leeds, Yorkshire. We may deliver beyond this for a fee of £50. However, if the courier is unable to deliver to you after placing your order we will notify you to cancel your order.

I just placed an order, when will it be delivered?

We try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is 3-10 days. Once you have placed your order we will be in touch with an exact delivery date and a 4 hour timeslot a few days before delivery. Please note that during busier periods we may take slightly longer to deliver.

If you would like an estimated delivery date before placing your order, get in touch. However, we can not provide an exact date until the week of delivery.

Which payment methods are available?

We have a range of payment methods available:

  • Debit/Credit card
  • Clearpay
  • Klarna

I'm worried about assembling my sofas, can I pay extra for assembly?

Our sofas are easy to assemble, however, if you wish to have them assembled by the courier this option is available for a fee of £20 paid directly to the courier. Please notify us after placing your order if you wish to pay for assembly.

What if there is an issue with my order?

In the rare instance that there is an issue with your order, our first port of call is to rectify this for you. This may include shipping out replacement parts or fixing any defects.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for orders which are customised to specific measurements. Our sofas may show discrepancies of around 5cm due to being individually handcrafted. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If this is the case, please notify us as soon as possible. If you have misspelled or entered an incorrect address, simply notify us via email at info@sofa-central.com and we will deliver to the correct address. 

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel after this period then send us an email.

Note: If your order is currently in production, you may incur a cancellation fee.
